Alcoholism

She's playing the part of an alcoholic, yet she shows no traits of alcoholism, except for the actual drinking of the hard core liquor. Some will say she has developed a high tolerance that comes with drinking for years, but that still wouldn't negate the classic alcoholics' smell. She should be reeking of the stuff, to the point of turning people off in general. Who the hell would want to be interviewed by an "alky" journalist? This point (among many others) is overlooked in the acting of the character and her supporting cast. Unless, of course, my ignorance on the subject is getting the best of me.
