Yes, this movie was surprisingly fun. I was not at all bored, i actually cared about the characters and it looked beautiful.

I also was surprised how much I enjoyed the movie once I actually got to see it - wasn't expecting that. We live in very cynical times, and there are many people who hate the first film who have been sharpening their knives ever since that came out. Also, the IMDB boards have become more and more a place for haters, who thrive on being negative. This is just the way things are going these days. I say follow your own instincts, and make your own judgments.
