So after reading some of the reviews, it's obvious GDT is not for everyone...But those who get him enjoy the hell out of it. So, what other movies can u think of, u like, but most other people hate or just don't get...

- The Tall Man
- Others...
The main one that I see people hate that I really loved was Don't Be Afraid of the Dark (2010). The seventies one isn't that great though, but it kinda has it's charm.

Same here. I actually liked it. I took it for what our was, and it was very efficient in my eyes. It had really creepy parts...I never understood any of the backlash or really low ratings. Meh...

I brought up the same question as the OP to my buddies during lunch. 2 of them said Starship Troopers. Ha !
That movie jag, comedy, sci-fi, some awkwardly serious parts...But for some reason, it worked...
