I don't think Rey deserves to be a Skywalker

First of all there has never been any mention of Palpatine having kids, how and when did this happen?

Rey had very little interaction with Luke I mean it was basically just days before he died, we don't know how much time has past between ep8 to ep9 but all of a sudden Leia is a Jedi Master teaching her...ok fine. Even then her interaction with the Skywalkers was limited and technically Leia is a Solo.

Why was she a Palpatine though? Other that for having a "I'm your father Luke" plot twist.

i mean sure, she became a jedi with no training and defeated kylo ren with ease.
