I can see why the rebels keep losing, they start out with a whole fleet and by the end of the movie, they can get all the survivors in the Falcon. why not send each ship in a different direction instead of keeping them all there to be picked off as they run out of fuel? they cant follow every ship.

Then theres the stupid side quest like its a video game. the fleet will wait here while we go looking for a hacker. actually the side quest proves the cant follow every ship because Fin wasnt followed. so Leia pretty much killed her fleet because they could track 1 ship

At least the First Order were being stupid, too. Why spend hours upon hours following the Resistance ships, firing their weapons for no reason, when the First Order could just send a ship or two ahead to cut them off?

It's like lightspeed and hyperspace capabilities disappeared for every ship except the tiny one Finn and Rose flew off in.

I've been saying this for years. Modern movies are written like video games. People don't know how to think anymore.
