WORST BRITISH ACCENT EVER!!!!

Just watched it. Was pretty sure it was real the when I read this having been married to a British woman for 11 years and yep, she's from London. She has a bit of a posh accent. I'm not sure what you were expecting.

When I visit there I can be cockney, take some off and sound more Kent or even pull a Staffordshire. My family originally came from Staffordshire and Aldgate (East End) and I was born and bred in America.

It's called received pronunciation and it's how most privately educated people speak in the south of England (unless they go mockney to hide their background).

Well, Im Norwegian, speaking my own peculiar trøndersk accent no one understand. But I love this actress, it is so nice to hear where people come from, unlike all them North American people talking just one dialect (well, except some south state guy in Django recently and a marvel aussie superhero)

Tip;

Turn on your internet radio. Tune in to BBC Radio 2, the morning show. This is how real London accent is all about. Now you really can hear how bad the american actors pretending to be/ talk like British ;)

The film per se? Just perfect, the most entertaing and enjoyable I have watched for a long time.
