I do. While she chose the wrong way for getting attention, I feel like she's no different than a curious child. She wants others to care about her. She wants to feel like she matters. She wants her own life. Inside the framework she can have all of this. That's why I feel bad about her.

She could have just created a nice little life for herself with a guy who likes her, maybe a family - but no, she needs to be Lady Hydra Boss Woman out for revenge.
Arguments could be made that she did that to stay in control and make sure that nobody leaves (because they could destroy her in the RW), and that her #1 priority is to protect the Framework.
Some of her actions are pretty conflicting - not sure she knows anymore what she had planned to begin with.
But yes, behind all that, I do feel a little sad for her. But, just as with all other bad people who had a troubled past (like RL Ward) - I am rooting against her.
Fair enough. I think she's a very complicated character. I like her as the villain.

I did feel sorry for Aida before the whole Framework storyline but after she killed Radcliffe and then tortured the Russian submarine guy (I mean - she cut off his head!) she went too dark to garner any more sympathy for me.
I am loving watching her be evil though as Madame Hydra.
The actress is really mesmerising to watch.
She is a wonderful actress! I loved the Szene with Aida and (uff names, Argatha?) where you see the same actress so evil and jealous and on the other side confused and innocent.

Once she turned into the big bad Madame Hydra, she arguably wasn’t helping anyone but herself. At that point, I had already grown tired of her nonsense and her inexcusable actions. Later when she became human, she was almost growing on me. Then she lost it over Fitz’s admission, and I just couldn’t wait for her to get her ass handed to her. :) And I’ll tell you, when Robbie returned and he met her face to face, I was impatient to see what he was going to do her. But it was the Coulson Rider who ultimately got her... and man it was satisfying!
Amazing villain though. One of the best written and acted in the whole MCU.
