Even though Thief DS was on the older gen consoles (Xbox and PS2), it's a much better stealth game IMO. I do like Dishonored too, just not as much as DS or the Splinter Cells. Only game "worse" than Dishonored is the new Thief (Xbox one / PS4), which was a let down after Deadly Shadows.

I disagree. I like Dishonored much better than TDS.
The entire series of these games is great. The variety of enemies and situations I encounter in Dishonored is much more varied. I like also the various abilities you have in this game like having the heart beat and tell you secrets.
Also listening to the rats tell you their secrets and knowledge.

No worries if you like Dishonored more, I can see why. I too like the game very much, but still love TDS. The 'Robbing the Cradle' level which was super spooky, dialogue, factions, voice acting, music and even the font were all top notch and amazing for a game released in that time (20 years ago). Not that there's much to complaint about Dishonored either. I will say that I liked the first 2 over Death of the Outsider.
Anyway, shall we gather for whisky and cigars tonight?
