This was the least favorite of the Hammer Frankenstien series for me. I liked the Curse of Frankenstien better and Frankenstien must be destroyed even better. This one however was pretty lame and dull in comparison to the others. I saw a film version of Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde that came out in 1920. Starring John Barrymore. That was a good horror film and should be considered a classic. I would even go so far as to say that I liked it even more than Nosferatu. Fun fact: The family of Bram Stoker successfully sued the producers of this film for copyright infringement. They saw how this film pretty much copied the story of Dracula. They may have changed the names of the characters and the location of London for some place in Germany. But pretty much it was a similar story. It should be considered a film classic like "Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari" or Metropolis. If it's mere animation then I would go for the "Ghost In The Shell" series. That is fantastic animation. Also the story and cyberpunk setting makes me favor this over Yellow Submarine. I agree with the review in that the movie was far too slow. It was literally boring. So much so I found myself fast forwarding the movie in some of the scenes. That's because the rest of the movie sucked. This was absolutely a boring film. I agree. I enjoy killing my enemies and potential enemies. Which was the same approach I took when I played the Hitman series. In this game you play as a professional hitman or assassin. You are given two or three targets to eliminate. Eliminating any others will actually lower your score. Knocking them unconscious however does not count. I do end up killing more than just the chosen targets because it's fun that way. I didn't play just to win a high score at the end. I disagree. I like Dishonored much better than TDS. The entire series of these games is great. The variety of enemies and situations I encounter in Dishonored is much more varied. I like also the various abilities you have in this game like having the heart beat and tell you secrets. Also listening to the rats tell you their secrets and knowledge. I thought it was tragic that Ramona died at the hands of that monster that came out of the basement or maybe it was the attic. Horrible truth was (spoilers) that the monster was none other than her mother who transformed or mutated into a hideous dangerous monster. This was the hidden curse that fell on Innsmouth. Some if not all the inhabitants were doomed to turn into these hideous marine monsters who would eventually go back to the sea. View all replies >
