Certainly Hollywood churns out only crap against Catholics, and has no problem in doing so.
Teddy Schwarzman, one of the main producers and the founder of the production company that made the movie, for example, is from a Jewish family. It is not a coincidence that Hollywood is obsessed with making anti Christian (and more specifically anti Catholic) movies.
