Remake of In Time (2011)?

Kind of the same premise. If I remember correctly, in that film people stopped aging, while here, DNA matches can extract DNA (the procedure is never explained which is probably best) and placed into the match to make them younger while the other person will age rapidly. E.g. I get 10 years younger while you get 10 years older. So it's basically stealing years of life from people to keep the rich young while the poor suffer.
