I think that was the main motivation towards her saying those things but i never understood fully, was that the main reason or did i miss something?

There is a quick incident near the beginning of the movie, where two teenage boys are coming into their home with an Ipad. They are viewing porn photos, one with a man's enlarged and erect penis in the photo. They quickly show it to the young sister, 5-yr-old Klara, and they make a comment about it "pointing up to the sky."
We sense the boys are up to mischief but don't think too much of it until an innocent incident at school and Klara makes up a story of Lucas showing her his penis "pointing up to the sky", clearly mimicking what the boys had said.

If I remembered correctly the reasons for her saying that was because she had a crush on the teacher and she kissed him on the mouth while in a class. Then the teacher told her that she shouldn't do that and it must have broken her heart even though he said it in a nice and responsible way.
From what I remembered, it was the adults questioning her who made everything worse and the little lie she told got worse as the adults became more envolved.
She also had memory problems. It's not at all clear that should could distinguish fantasy from reality.
