I enjoyed it.

The kid was great and Sam Jackson is always good! Yeah I know parts of it were cheesy, there were several ‘roll your eyes’ moments but I thought it was a good bit of mindless, popcorn munching fun.

One thing at the end though which would’ve been cool - we see the kid and Sam had their picture taken and it’s proudly displayed on the wall in the kids house. I was expecting to also see a copy of it displayed in the White House Oval Office. That would’ve been wicked!

This is one of those films that simply makes you smile, it’s good harmless fun.
