The art Is meant to be seen and appreciated. How can you appreciate masterful animation when you're reading subs constantly.
People who read dubs do not read dubs only and watch the films at the same time. I always find it laughable when people say they cannot read and watch the film at the same time- the subtitles are not on a different screen, or behind you, or on the ceiling so reading and watching the film is not exclusive You CAN do both at the same time, which millions of people living in countries where films are mostly dub can vouch for. It is a matter of habit.
If people prefer the dub is because of attachment to voice acting, all right. But if you simple do not want to watch the original version because they are too lazy to exercise their brain, it'a a real shame.
BTW it is a general remark, not directed specifically at anyone.
