Ya man and does the large amount of constant fluctuation do even more damage? I am no nutritionist but I would think being consistently, slightly overweight is more healthy for your organs. This is purely theoretical but wouldn't that allow them to get in a normal routine rather than slowing down, speeding up and so on and so on?
