Toys Talking Directly to Humans.

In this one, Buzz yells to Bonnie that she left her backpack in the antique store. While no one realized that a toy had just spoken, nor did they see his lips moving, this was only the second time that toys spoke loud enough for humans to hear or moved in a way that could have been seen. The only other time was in the first movie when Woody speaks directly to Spike's face, and the other toys start moving too.

Are there any other times that I'm not remembering?

I think the get around here was that he was pretending to be the SatNav at the time.

I can't remember the exact lines but it was thrown in as part of the scene where the toys were having the RV redirected.
