Music during the kill tapes literally makes me nauseous
It's not just the images in the videos, or them being paired with the music, but the music itself makes me feel sick in the pit of my stomachβ I almost have a visceral reaction to it. No joke. I remember seeing the film in theaters and feeling a wave of nausea come over me while watching the "BBQ" tape, and I think it's because the music is so demented.
The music in all of the tapes is awful, but the one from the BBQ tape is the absolute worst. It is ******* abhorrent and I have no idea why. I have not watched the film in its entirety since I saw it in the theater. I watched bits and piece of it from my friend's Blu-ray but I literally get a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach during the kill tapes. Can't do it. Anyone else physiologically freaked out by it? I'm not superstitious, but it's almost like they inadvertently captured something demonic in those goddamn sounds.
