Especially Ruffalo and McAdams’ characters talk with the same speed and uptick cadences. I know as reporters their job is to be inquisitive and ask follow up questions but those two sound so robotic. It is very distracting.

shareEast coast/Boston thing? I remember the first time I went to Boston, I met certain people who spoke so fast I literally couldn't understand them. It was like they were extremely nervous and/or on amphetamines. I never noticed anything like that in this movie, though. But maybe that's because I got used to it.
