Black Panther has super strength, speed, and agility from the heart-shaped herb.

Batman doesn't.

Black Panther has vibranium armor that can't be pierced by any other substance on earth.

Batman doesn't.

I think the answer is clear.

Ahhh! But with enough preparation time Batman could... ha, ha, ha, ha... Well, with enough preparation time for the fight (a few years) I am pretty sure Bruce Wayne can buy a few grams of coc... sorry, vibranium and create a weapon that can penetrate Black Panther's ss_suite. But when Batman is ready for the killing blow, T'Challa will reveal that his great-grandmother's name is COCO and since Martha's grandmother name is the same, both will be best friend forever...

Black Panther.

1 - Smarter than Wayne
2 - Has powers
3 - Has impenetrable armor
4 - Also knows how to fight pretty damn well and is very agile

Batman is OP as fuck at times just because. Another reason I don't like Batman. He is so smart... he needed the Mobius chair to know stuff. He is so strong he beats SUPERMAN... makes no sense.
