I think Dwayne Johnson would actually win. That man is sheer beast. Sure, Diesel would totally hold his own for a bit, but The Rock is faster, smoother and bigger than Vin Diesel. I also agree with whoever said that Vin didn't really get fat, it's just up against The Rock he looked so small. (Notice in almost all his other movies most people were smaller than him.)
shareThe Rock should have beat the soul out of Vin Diesel. Diesel looked fat and out of shape for most of the film. Funny by the end of the film...he looked like he had been working out a bit more. I wonder if after he saw how swollen the Rock was that he started working out more while filming. (or maybe him and The Rock worked out together)

One of my favorite scenes out of he movie. Just because a person has more muscles doesn't mean they can always win. Its a hard choice both are muscular guys Dwayne just a tad bit more muscular.
share"A tad bit" is being very nice, Johnson wasn't this buff during his wrestling days and was only heavier when playing college football. Vin obviously hasn't hit the gym like he used to, he's loss bulk and definition. In a legit fight I can't say because I've never seen either man fight. If Vin's used to bullying people around with his size and strength he would be trouble. If there's more to him than what we've seen from his movies he's got a better chance than we realize.
shareLet's remember both guys are huge. Rock was definitely the muscular of the two and you could definitely see the age in Vin . I thought that the fight was fvcking awesome and it was pretty much even until the last few seconds. It should've been a draw but that's what showed Hobbs that Dom wasn't heartless, he could've killed him but he didn't and later on, he saves him, all these things are why Hobbs helped them in return.

The movie had Dom win. He could’ve killed Hobbs with that weapon, but he deliberately didn’t.
I think the movie made a bad decision there, as it would’ve been better to show Hobbs as the superior one.
