Inquiry about Keith


So Keith goes down, surely sees the camera room, and decides to venture further down. When Tess gets to him, he says they're not alone, but when she tries to get them out he actually stops her? Tells her to come the actual direction of the monster when she knew the way out. Didn't make any sense to me. For a moment, I thought he was trying to drag her to her doom, until.......

Exactly. I believe they only did that to keep the audience thinking that Keith was the villain, but it makes absolutely no sense when the truth is revealed. One of many things in this movie that are nonsensical/ridiculous.
