She was certainly in it. She was the lady telling Ramsies to kill Moses for being a Hebrew but he ignored her request and Exiled him. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a deleted scene showing her hate Moses when he was younger because she seemed jealous of the love Daddy Ramsies gave Moses over her son.
