Hahaha, good joke! Vaughn is just the posh version of Guy Ritchie.

They worked together a lot.

"Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" and "Snatch" are both written and directed by Guy Ritchie, produced by Matthew Vaughn.

Matthew Vaughn started as a producer, he started directing films about a decade later than Guy Ritchie.

I'd say he learned a thing or two from Guy Ritchie.

Clearly Guy Ritchie steals from Vaughn !!!
