It took way, way to long to get to Mockingbird Lane!

Yeah this movie is not great for many reasons. However one of the biggest reason it failed to me is that it took the Munsters way too long to get to Mockingbird lane and when they did it was like for 15 minutes before the film ended abruptly. I might be wrong but I feel that one of the things that fans were looking forward to was to see the Munsters house so why spending so much money to build Mockingbird Lane if it is to barely show the place ?!

Yes, it did. And looking back, we should've known it would be that way when all there was to Mockingbird Heights was that one little street. Rob Zombie said in the commentary he couldn't find anything in Budapest that remotely resembled a small American town so he had to have that entire neighborhood custom built. That's all the more reason we need a sequel in my eyes.

Yeah it is weird. The film was all exposition and just as it got to the interesting part it ended. I felt a bit underwhelmed because my fav part of the film is when they arrived at Mockingbird Lane, that was in the last 20 minutes of the film and then it ended abruptly just as it was getting interesting haha

Sadly it's full of silly parts in the first half but Rob Zombie probably wanted to fill the film with references to horror classics. It's basically a TV movie that you'll forget.
