Did he ummmm, release his bowels into Lindsay's mouth? It's kind of hard to tell but she doesn't seem to be repulsed that much so I really don't know.
shareI'd say the answer is yes. When you die, your muscles fully relax, so yeah... maybe not as forcefully as when conscious but perhaps eventually as a slow stream somewhere in between.
shareGotcha, and I'm assuming the Japanese guy was already holding it in so there was probably a lot of buildup at the time of his death. Poor Lindsay.
