I've seen it, it is very good, the acting is phenomenal, episodes are short and easy to watch, and the scenes in the kitchen get really intense, you really feel the tension in the cooking scenes, the stress oozes out of the screen. Jeremy Allen White is amazing, so glad to see him as the star of his own show, dude is so good.

The premise is really cool, a top young rising star in the cooking world gets left a small run down sandwich shop from his brother who committed suicide and he's trying to make it better and bring the stuff he learned from culinary school to the menu.

Really good show, highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it,

The Bear has the most realistic scenes of what life is like in a busy kitchen at a dysfunctional restaurant that I've ever seen. On top of that, it is excellent in so many other ways. Episode 7 was unlike anything I'd ever seen. When the end credits rolled I thought they were the opening credits, and so did my wife. Neither of us could believe we had seen an entire episode. We both thought that was the 3 or 4 minute intro to the show, due to how it was so frenetically paced, and how it built up and up. We had to pause and look at the time stamp to verify we'd just watched 20 minutes of TV. Neither of us have ever experienced that before.
