Jay's Brother
I seem to recall in earlier episodes, Jay's brother (played by Jonathan Banks) came to visit and told Jay he was dying of Cancer (If I recall correctly).
I may have missed an episode, but was he ever mentioned again?
That was an odd episode. The guy was supposed to be Jay's younger brother, but he seemed much older than Jay.
