Who's the most annoying for you? For me it's Pierce. He so damn annoying and I'm happy when he's not in some scenes. I'm only on season 2 and can't stand him.
Edit. On season 3 and new hated person is Dean. i liked him in first season and then he started coming in all these girl outfits and i cannot stand him anymore. My hate for Pierce went down.
Shirley. And favorite is Pierce!

It's sad because he was my favorite of season 1.

I really dislike people like Shirley, or Angela on the U.S. Office, who are really conservative and prudish, expect everyone else to be, and it turns out she's no better than the people she's pushing her religious agenda on (Shirley getting with Chang on Halloween; Angela banging Dwight and Andy and the senator but mocking Pam).

I LOVE Pierce's character. To me Pierce was extremely important to the chemistry of the show. NOBODY could have ever filled his shoes. The subsequent characters to fill his void were seriously lame IMO.
After Pierce left, it was never the same.
