The most vile display of racism towards Asian men I have ever seen.

Oh look a movie where the Asian guy doesn't get the girl and we worship the Hero while being the villains at the same time.

I could make this long (longer than than it is) and drawn out but I'll make it short. If you watch the movie again, I want you to pay special attention to the Asian men in the movie. You might notice some of the things I've (and probably many other people) noticed after watching it a few times.


This is what I believe the movie portrays. Here we go:

Asian men are weak and feeble. They can't get any women. (I'll get to this later.) They go to pathetic and low lengths to get their way. They envy the White man and want what they have but can't have. Asian men aren't good at combat. (I'll get to that later again.)

The Asian love interest of Wolverine (Mariko) absolutely DESIRES him. Her Asian suitor seems pathetic compared to Wolverine whom she ends up denying. She even goes as far as choosing to save Wolverines life and ending her own Grandfathers as an act of love. She doesn't even get with Wolverine at the end and still manages to look at him with such love and desire. This is all after her whole family is basically dead. (All Asian men so who cares right? As long as she has a shot at Wolverine!)

Also Asian women are the only ones worthy in combat? Some how the white woman (Viper) in the movie was killing Asian men left and right but Yukio was the only one able to defeat her? Seriously watch this movie and count how many times the women were effective versus the Asian men.

The movies plot is basically an Asian guy wanting what a god like White guy has but can't get it. So this Asian guy goes to extreme lengths and lows to try to achieve it but fails miserably. Not only does the white guy get away alive while leaving all the Asian men dead but he leaves with the only other Asian female character (Yukio) and wit the heart of the other. (Mariko)

Just imagine if all the Asians in this movie were black and the setting was in Africa. This would be called one of the most racist movies of all time and would probably start riots. Since it's against Asians and more specifically Asian men nobody gives a damn.
