There are people who, while they were watching BEASTS OF NO NATION, were trying to figure out in which African country it took place. I wasn't... because I was trying to stay awake. It's an unoriginal and repetitive story that mistakes bleakness with complexity. The acting isn't bad, but the characters are boring.

Hay personas que, mientras veían BESTIAS SIN PATRIA, trataban de descubrir en qué país africano transcurría. Yo no... porque estaba tratando de quedarme despierto. Es una historia poco original y repetitiva que confunde desolación con complejidad. La actuación no es mala, pero los personajes son aburridos.
