Few questions....

Maybe it was in the series and i missed it or maybe its from back story these are probably simple questions to answer but i have no idea.

Who sent Thrawn to Peridea and how did Ezra end up there too?
How did the Whales get them there, was it the same way in there mouth like how Ahsoka got there.
If Ahsoka knew that the whales could get them there then wouldn't she of known all along that's where Thrawn and Ezra was?
If they was sent there by someone then wouldn't that person know where they have been and made the map redundant?
If Morgan Elsbeth home planet was Perida then wouldn't she know how to get there?

As i said probably easy questions but maybe i just zoned out and missed this parts.

- Who sent Thrawn to Peridea and how did Ezra end up there too?
This was in the finale of Rebels, if you are interested in details you can just watch Episodes 4x15 and 4x16, don't worry, most of the stuff you should understand with the context given in the show
But basically Ezra tricked Thrawn into a trap which brought both of them to Peridea.

- How did the Whales get them there, was it the same way in there mouth like how Ahsoka got there.
The whales were introduced in Rebels 2x15 (also OK to watch), they are just an alien race which is capable of doing Hyperspacejumps without machines.

- If Ahsoka knew that the whales could get them there then wouldn't she of known all along that's where Thrawn and Ezra was?
They were not able to follow them as no one was able to track Hyperspace-Jumps until Episode 8 (over 20 years in the future). They were also not able to track places were they are regular going. But yes, what they have done in the show could have been achieved earlier. It was just not clear, if they end at the same space, but this wouldn't be an explanation why Sabine never tried.

- If they was sent there by someone then wouldn't that person know where they have been and made the map redundant?
The place they are travelling was not known to her before. It got lost in time. The map eventually was created by old time force user, as they were at the place before. This was clear by the statues Baylan was hanging out. They are statues of the force trinity (Clone Wars 3x15-17).

- If Morgan Elsbeth home planet was Perida then wouldn't she know how to get there?
She is member of the nightsisters/witches of Dathomir, an alternative dark force cult. Darth Maul was basically a male member of the cult, one reason why Palpatine took him as his apprentice. Because they sceemed against Count Dooku, Dathomir was purged by Grievious during the Clone Wars. (Clone Wars 3x12-14 for Introduction, 4x19 for their end) Eventually some of the nightsisters used their ancient knowledge to do a one-way trip to that place. How? "Magic!"

Wow thanks for the in depth answers that's cleared a lot up for me, really appreciate that!

Sounds like i need to watch Rebels and Clone Wars (they are both animations right?, did they skip making live action versions of these or will they be?)

I highly recommend watching Clone Wars, if you like to know more about the Clone Wars. But you can skip most of Season 1+2 (definitely the movie!) for sure, here the highlight episodes (list can be easily found) are more as enough. Season 3+4 then become much much better and even if the return of Darth Maul sounds totally bonkers, it's really well done. Season 5+6 are then not that good in general anymore, but episode 6x01-04 are for me the best Star Wars content since "The Thrawn Trilogy" from old time Expanded Universe.
Season 7 and Bad Batch were only released recently and are a very good continuation of Clone Wars (showing transition of Republic to Empire)

I personally wouldn't recommend Rebels, for me it was quite a disappointment. The characters never fully clicked with me, but as the show is done by Feloni (Creative Head for Star Wars), a lot of the major plot points are also getting integrated into the TV shows. But here definitely the highlight episodes are more as enough.

And no, these shows won't become direct live action shows, but I assume they will have some impact on new Star Wars.

Thank you, much appreciated you taking the time to explain properly, ill definitely put them on my watch list! :)

A word of warning: character actions are nonsensical in Ahsoka, and you will notice this more and more as you go forward in Rebels.

If Ahsoka knew that the whales could get them there then wouldn't she of known all along that's where Thrawn and Ezra was?

You raised an excellent point here. Hyperspace tracking aside, Sabine should have tried to use the whales to find Ezra, it was out of character for her to just mope and do nothing. Also, Ahsoka should have thought of this immediately as well. It's ridiculous that it never occurs to them prior to her trying to find the map - and this is never addressed.

Also, even watching Rebels doesn't explain how Thrawn got resources / manpower for his star destroyer, unless you consider him very lucky to end up on just the planet that is home to Force sensitive witches who happily assisted him in his plans... ridiculous.

Rebels is a good show... until a point where it introduces space magic. I know that was already present in the Clone Wars series, but introducing magic to Star Wars is like saying "anything goes". It's always an easy out for bad writers to just pull a miraculous escape for the heroes from any given situation... Of course good writers can use magic, but Star Wars has not been burdened with good writers lately, except for the Andor series.
