We are so doomed due to commenting viewers who lack the ability to watch a film that lacks flashy explosions, skin-tight costumes, and nuanced filmmaking.
Wish these people would just shut up and let the adults discuss movies like this because too many juvenile-like commenters certainly can't add much worthwhile.
Well I'm a juvenile commentator..(which you are well aware of).. 😂....but lately its because films like this are no longer being hyped by the media. Well Oppenheimer has been. I love scifi and fantasy but enough is enough now. Hollywood has churned out bucket fulls the stuff now. I used to be a comic book fan but stopped reading years ago. They would get way to silly and self aware. I liked the MCU initially because it treated the material more adult with a little bit of humor sprinkled in. Then they started to get bigger, flashier, sillier after Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy. Which both had slightly upped the comedy. Now we are getting shit like She Hulk and Thor. All out complete comedy's. With She Hulk actually talking to the writing staff. Completely fucking stupid. They are making the same mistake the comics made.... Stupid stories and you have to watch other stuff just to understand the damn film your watching... 😂
So yeah I'm trolling the MCU now.
I have now moved back to watching classic movies and tv. Not to say I don't watch new stuff. I do. But there just is not as much content that is being made that is not Superhero or scifi stuff. But I have completely shut myself off from comic book shit now.
Also Hollywood is churning out more tv and film projects than ever before. Which is mostly due to the streaming sites. Everyone wants original content. So they grab what they can and we end up getting crap that they used to call straight to video...which is now Straight to Streaming. Mostly Low budget garbage.
The writers/actors strike is the best thing that has happened to Hollywood in the last 10 years.
