Not sure what was exactly going on regarding the real estate scam. It was a okay movie, tho. May have enjoyed it better if I knew what the fuck was going on.

i am not sure how it worked either. the cops planted drugs in the houses and will and his mother bought the houses???

The cops planted drugs which forced the houses to be siezed, forced into foreclosure or to be sold cheap. The realtors then bought it cheap and sold for a large profit.
