Dahmer's neighbour

Why is there so much focus on this lady? She is portrayed as his biggest victim the way she goes on. IRL I don't think she even lived in the same building as him. This focus should have been on the families affected, not this irritating old bag banging on about the smell. I mean, get over it love.

I think there's a little more to it than that...she had made numerous reports about Dahmer but was outright ignored by the cops.

If you were in her position, what would you have done?

reply

She's an imaginary composite character created by the filmmakers to embody the rage and frustration and stunning bravery of disenfranchised People Of Color.

reply

The show played an actual real life audio of the woman calling the police after Dahmer molested and killed the 14 y/o who was out wandering naked in the streets, so she wasn't a composite character.

reply

The real caller was not his neighbor, so the character as seen in the series is indeed a composite.

reply

I don't believe you. You are making this up.

Do you have a source?

reply

The real caller lived across the road or in a nearby building. It was in a Dahmer book I read. It's also discussed here: https://www.today.com/popculture/tv/glenda-cleveland-now-jeffrey-dahmer-neighbor-rcna50858

So according to this story, she wasn't a neighbor.

That doesn't make her "an imaginary composite character created by the filmmakers to embody the rage and frustration and stunning bravery of disenfranchised People Of Color.[sic]".

She was an actual witness who saw the events.

When you say in her position what do you mean? Exaggerated to further a political agenda?
