We’ve had several dick scenes, but still no boobs. Do the writers hate breasts or something? Where’s the equality and inclusion?

Yeah, looks like it's directed by the same person as The Boys.

As far as I know, it is like that in the U.S. Not allowed to show breasts (or nipples). May be, that nobody showed dick, so far, and that's why there is no law against it.
