Let's put it this way, not only have they had numerous flops under their belt since the 2010s started, including The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Ghostbusters and the remake of Annie, their movies have been largely terrible.

Let's not leave Paramount or Fox out of the conversation. They've been churning out flops while staying afloat on their Marvel licenses, too. If Paramount didn't already have Transformers on their schedule this summer, they might have already sold to another company.
