Unused nude scenes?

According to IMDB, based on an early version of the script, the film was supposed to have a lot more nudity. The opening scene originally had Alex and Sophie (the topless girl killed with arrows) sunbathing nude and then skinny dipping while Three Toes is watching them.

In the script he is more of a teenager similar to Brother from second film, and just like him also gets sexually excited while watching the girls and takes Sophie as Alex escapes nude into the woods. In the scene where the convicts find Alex later, she is supposed to have been nude still and they give her clothes to wear.

Another additional nude scene has Deputy Lane getting captured and having her clothes ripped off by Three Toes, and in another she and the captured Sophie are fully nude in Three Toes' own hideout.

Anyone know why they didn’t film those scenes?
