How'd Osha hear or even know of the Jedi? I thought the place was isolated, a coven away from the outside world. Were they telling stories of the outside world while trying to keep them locked in?

Jedi acted like government overreach, to take children away from parents against their say if they got the dysphoric gene. They also seemed more naive and emotional back then as well, showing their lightsabers around willy nilly to people they want to test. Even Qui-gon wasn't this retarded before he convinced Ani's mom to relinquish him into their care.

Then you got family dysfunction. A rebellious child that hates her twin sister, doesn't want to be a part of the family, and a psychopathic fanatic that'll kill everyone if she can't get what she wants aka sisterly love. Felt like the story was written by someone who was traumatized as a child before coming out and this was the episode they wanted to share it in.

Acting was way worse in this episode as well. Things felt forced and stiff while trying to navigate the lesbo lifestyle of parenting. One thing is for sure, the episode is contraception to wanting kids.
