Homosexual agenda in this film was surprising

I was surprised to know that this film was supporting the gay agenda. To those of you who may think this is some gangster movie or cool low-rider movie better brace yourself. Don't get caught off-guard like I was. I don't condone that sort of lifestlye and it is totally against the natural law of God.

Those who live in homosexual lifestyles are doing it our of their own choice and are danger of God's wrath. This wrath will come upon the world shortly as the signs are already manifesting themselves throughout the world as I type. Read Matthew chapter 24 for verification. Eathquakes, wars, pestilence, famines, diseases and homosexuality are all signs of the soon impeding judgement of God.

I considered replying to your post with something snarky and witty, but then I read your other posts, and decided you are not worthy. Sorry, champ.

Your imply that God is an angry and vengeful, those are human traites.Don't blame others for what we have brought upon ourselves for not taking care of our Beloved Mother Earth. And please remember that the bible was written nearly two hundred years after Christ, by man. It is not the word of God.

The message of this movie was love.I think that we have truly forgotten what it means to love one another.

The part that moved me the most in this film was when Che knocks on his sons door to wake him up, as he leaves his son come out and sees that Che made his breakfest. This was a sign of love. He wasn't 100% on board with his boys choices but he still loved him. Che was both mother and father and still very much a man. Great movie!

um, no it wasn't....

firstly, it's not a book, it's a collection of different writings spanning centuries...
no matter how right or wrong your argument might be, at least know facts... if not you just sound plain stupid....

It's mercy, compassion and forgiveness I lack. Not rationality...

Hate, bigotry, and plain prejudice has nothing to do with God. And I can tell this movie really bothered you. But if it were really that offensive, why didn't you walk out in the middle of the movie? Why take time to watch the whole thing and then vent about it on IMDB?

reply

Because I was waiting for the boy to come to his senses in the end. But frankly, that didn't happen. That is why I sat through this hell-bait of a movie.

reply

Am I correct in reading that you have no problem with the gangster lifestyle, though?

reply

gangsta lifestyle? the dad had a job fool!

reply

The O.P. is totally okay with the gangster lifestyle. Two guy in love = GOD SHALL SMITE YOU! Poppin' capz and selling drugs to the kids = first-class ticket to heaven. DUH, the logic makes complete sense.

Haha. The OP is an idiot.

I'm surprised he can string "homosexual" and "agenda" together in a sentence.

This film is about more than the OP can even fathom; dumb, and empty are forever.

'His' name is Katie Green, she has long blonde hair and a body to die for. ohfu right!

No, I'm laughing with you not at{against} you!

reply

No, he is right, and it scares you.

reply

OK, I know the OP is baiting...so I shouldn't respond. But isn't it funny how he admits in the second sentence he went to see this movie for the glorification of gang culture? Where would the Christian "god" stand on "gangsterism", as he put it, which involves exploitation and murder? What would such a god think of one who attends movies just to get their fill of the gangster life style?

way to be a complete homophobe and ignorant of the trust of how people are born gay. reported for hate speech...

Love is the most beautiful thing in this world. Love is love, gay or straight. Love makes us happy. And love is innocent. Love is not a crime, hate is. I really don't think that there is a god who hates love. There are only people who hate love and they think that God is like them. If you are gay you love people of the same sex and if you are straight you love people of the opposite sex. This is the only difference. Maybe some people just can't understand that in a gay relation also there is real love and affection. It's very simple I think and I really don't understand why some people feel so much hate some times for the gay people?

BTW, has the author of this thread heard of watching trailers? I don't think I've seen a movie in 5 years without peeping the trailer first on youtube or the film's website. And, the "gay agenda", as he calls it, is all up in the trailer.

'The bible' says a lot of things. It says that women who are raped must marry their rapists. It says that people who eat shrimp are an abomination. The "God" of the bible supposedly condoned mass slaughter of innocent people, including children, on multiple occasions.

And perhaps most ironically, in Genesis, Lot sleeps with both of his daughters and has children with them. Later, in 2 Peter, he is called a "righteous man".

Yea, you can keep it. No thanks. I believe that God is good, and that the bible says some good things, but it's still a book written by imperfect men.

Funny how christ was all about love and acceptance and 'christians' nowadays do nothing but hate & reject when they are anti-gay.
If anything was surprising in this film, it was the sadly honest portrayal of ignorance and homophobia in our society.
Could've been more pro-gay, but definitely has a positive message in the end.
