Lisa drugs Derek and then follows him to his hotel room and climbs on top of him while he is nearly passed out. It is implied that she had sex with him, but I don't see how that could have happened if he was passed out.

Was it ever explicitly explained what Lisa did while Derek was passed out? It appears that all she did was lay there and cuddle. Derek was fully clothed when he woke up the next morning. As crazy as Lisa was, I expected her to at least undress him and take nude pictures so she could have "evidence" that they had slept together. I kept expecting her to send nude pictures to the wife or at least pictures of her and Derek in bed together.

I don't see how that could have happened if he was passed out.

It's called rape. There's drugs that can force an erection so she could rape him (I believe)

She was mentally ill, a lot of things were her imaginations, so I think in her mind it happened, in reality it did not.
