Was this movie viewed by psychos?

Why is everyone rooting for a psycho to murder numerous innocent people? And do you even realise how stupid you sound when you say you think Nick deserves to die for making a deal with a murderer, but Clyde deserves to live for being a murderer?

What Nick did really wasn't that bad, and is very common. He probably should've demanded a lot more prison time, and gone to trial if Darby refused. But his heart was in the right place, he thought Clyde would eventually be happy he convicted them both, instead of risking their acquittal.

The person Clyde should be the angriest with is the police. If the DNA was ruled inadmissible as part of the exclusionary rule, that must mean the police illegally obtained it. But that part is never mentioned again or explained, and makes no sense. It would make sense they kidnapped Clyde's wife and daughter and killed them at one of their houses, and the police searched the house without a warrant.

That was kind of referred to when it was revealed he was a CIA associate murdering people. Clyde seemed to be the hypocritical type, especially in blaming others. He even killed some people who had little to nothing to with freeing Darby.
