This movie was terrible and only got any recognition cause they tricked everyone by sticking "Cloverfield" in the title. Whats ridiculous is that some of you actually rated this high. You guys must be worse than The Force Awakens fanboys. 2 hours of time down the drain.
I'm going to try and be objective about this, even though I don't normally feed the trolls. I think that Rotten Tomatoes is a good barometer of what is good, bad, and indifferent. This movie has an unbelievable rating of 90% with the critics and the "audience" gave it 85%. Both of those ratings are higher than IMDBs, which you have a problem with. The movie was made for 5 million dollars, with little or no advertising, and made almost 25 million the very first weekend. Yet some "people" (must be a Trump supporter) find a way to tear into it.
"Hey pretty girl, time to wake up." -- The Cowboy, Mulholland Dr.
You gonna cry? Sorry but this movie is trash. It sounds like you are the one that needs to grow up. When you are an adult maybe then you won't be upset over people not liking your little garbage movie.
Bart Simpson , shut up , I'm getting a headache just reading you bitch, do you ever leave your house or do you sit on IMDb all day, try getting some air, go workout, do anything long as you shut the bleep up, thank you... And movie was ehhh, it was ok
If you're going to demean other users by calling them "kids", it's probably a good idea not to come across as a kid yourself. Avoid using terms like 'butt hurt', for example.
Otherwise people may accuse you of being a hypocrite.
Now shut your mouth you massive poo poo face cotton headed ninny muggins.

Absolute nail on the head!
Kids say "butthurt" and kids have the attitude the OP has. It's quite embarrassing to be honest.

Not as embarrassing as you following me to this topic and repeatedly posting all through out it. lmao! Don't worry though, you aren't the first clown here that started stalking me on these boards. See you soon (no doubt), slick.
At Simpsons Land in Universal Studios they actually have little Simpsons keychains with your name on it and there's totally a permanent empty spot for the Bort keychain.
I'm certain that even before seeing the name J.J. Abrams in the original trailer, the chances of my seeing this movie were good. Three people, tight space, all is fun and good- except no one can leave. The woman tries to escape suddenly, but she risks killing them all if she escapes.
My $6 was not wasted.
It don't matter who you hear it from. It's the same story.
I agree to an extent. The bunker was chilling and all but the *beep* aliens killed this movie for me. And yeah, "cloverfield" in the title was a huge scam.
