Just have the killers' home address on file why dont ya LMAO

This was the biggest issue I had with this movie and the premise makes less sense because of this.
Why would you give your Handler the actual physical home address, ever?
Our main killer had dozens of safe houses and storage units across several countries and shit but only one home address?
Wtf was the point of destroying burner phones against tracking if they can go straight to your house LMAO?
Why would the Handler even have this information in the first place?
Not only the killer's addresses but also the Client?
That's too stupid for me.
