They both seemed to be the winners in the aging department.
Both still looked like they did back on the show but they have aged gracefully. Lisa more so than David.

Matt (Joey) did to a degree except for the gray hair and that he has gotten so pudgy. If he worked out and got in shape and colored his hair he'd probably look a lot like his old self.

Courtney and Jennifer......wow have they screwed their faces up with cosmetic surgeries and Botox and who knows what else. They really looked bad.

Matthew Perry....he looked terrible. He seemed like a 65 year old man at times. Drugs must have really messed him up.

I read somewhere that he went completely gray in his early 20's. They died his hair black through the entire run of 'Friends.'
