Is the supposedly 'woke' entertainment industry against miscegenation?

Notice how a lot of films and TV shows feature abusive or untrustworthy white men dating WOC.

The message seems to be that white men and WOC shouldn't mix. 🤷‍♂️

Ironic, when you think about how many Black women have complained about how they're often overlooked on dating apps, particularly by white men. But if white men are to be demonised in these relationships, surely the entertainment industry isn't encouraging them to date WOC.

Not very 'woke' Hollywood, or is the argument "White men SHOULD date WOC, but they should also be prepared to be demonised within those relationships"? Yeah, cos that's what everyone looks for when they're embarking on a relationship. The feeling of being a pariah. 🤦‍♂️🙄

I think pretty much all the people of color in this movie are half white, so I'll venture to say that no I don't think it's against miscegenation.

Don't care about skin color one bit. Quit overanalyzing race and either enjoy the movie or don't.
