I wanted to like this soooo bad

I get a couple of laughs out of each episode (the wheel rolling along the track in episode 4 was the best so far). But overall, I'd say the show would be unwatchable if James wasn't in it. Other than him, the characters are cardboard sitcom types that remind me of the fake show pilot that Jerry and George got produced on "Seinfeld", in which the characters were shallow, sitcom-cliche versions of them and their friends on the actual show. Most of the writing is weak, and there's only one thing ever going on--the crew vs. the owner's daughter.
