Will a staff member expose Drew soon?

Drew Barrymore by most accounts that I've heard, is a geninuely sweet and nice woman. I can however, see why you're saying this in light of Ellen DeGeneres' "downfall" if you want to call it. Drew also, is an actress by trade, and it's within reason to suspect that she's playing another character (and not an "authentic" person) on her talk show.
