Ending (spoilers!)

Watch the movie again and maybe you'll understand.

I think the 'roo came back from the other side and kicked her onto the road into oncoming traffic to exact his revenge on her for leaving him to suffer.

Seemed to me like she let go of the wheelchair and her friend kinda tumbled into her, but I guess it’s open to interpretation?

I think she threw herself out there. Not sure.
