Quality entertainment delivered by a thoughtful documentary!

Loved this show! Clarkson is his usual self but finds that he is out of his element in farming, even though he gets to flirt with a plethora of farming vehicles and machines. He is surrounded by great characters, especially Kaleb, and they go on a farming journey together with Clarkson, from tilling to sowing to harvest. Along this journey, we learn about the ups and downs of farming, animal husbandry, conservation, agro-economics, and weather — characterized by the Clarkson brand of humour and beautiful people and vistas of England's Cotswolds region.

Great series. Shows how amazing it is that anyone gets farming done, especially under the stifling overregulation of the national and local governments in the U.K. Gives me new respect and sympathy for farmers.

If you pay close attention to world farming news, it could be easy to see how some might suspect a broad conspiracy at work to limit the world’s food supply.

Most recently, Holland’s farmers vs. their gov’t. There was a a near civil was fought with tractors.
