I saw the first part of this two part Agatha Christie adaptation on Sunday night BBC. I've already rated this mini-series 9/10 before seeing the second part.

This is stunning visual stuff and will delight Wicker Man fans. A straw man being beheaded with gore spurting from the straw. The three witches are scary. It's good to see Rita Tushingham as the elder witch. Rufus Sewell keeps calm despite the supernatural terror.

It departs from Agatha Christie in this adaptation. The 1997 version was more faithful.

Absolute crap, like all of the Sarah Phelps adaptations. Why do they even bother anymore.
